8. A roval of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms. Allen entertained a motion to approve <br /> the general session minutes of February 10, 2022. Kevin Shackett moved; Mary <br /> LeClair seconded. Motion Carried 4-Ayes, 0-Nays, Mohamad Fand-Abstained. <br /> 9. Treasurer's Re ortg Warrants and Budget U ate: The board reviewed the warrants <br /> of February 2022, with no questions posed, Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the <br /> February 2022 Warrants, Mr. Shackett seconded. Motion Carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays, <br /> Mohamad Fand-Abstained. The budget revision for FOIE 6/30/2022 has not yet been <br /> prepared by the Fee Accountant and will be moved to the next meeting. Ms. Conn <br /> reported that she held her meeting with the new Fee Accountant firm later than expected <br /> and therefore the proposals will be available for review at the next board meeting. <br /> 10. Executive Ms. Conn reviewed vacancies and unpaid <br /> rents. The eviction in process at Homeyer Village needs to be restarted due to a mis- <br /> filling of paperwork on the attorney's behalf; along with additional lease violations to be <br /> added to the notice. <br /> 11.
