Meetine Called to Order: The meeting was called to order by Jill Allen at 5:01 PM. A <br /> quorum was declared with the following members present, Jill Allen, Lisa Meizinger, <br /> Mary LeClair, and Richard Klein. <br /> 2. Public Comment: There were no public comments. <br /> 3. ApprfLyal of Previous Meeting's Minutes: Ms. Allen entertained a motion to approve <br /> _ <br /> the general session minutes of April 14, 2022. Mary LeClair moved, Lisa Meizinger <br /> seconded. Motion Carried 3-Ayes, 0-Nays, Richard Klein-Abstained. <br /> 4. Treasurer's Rgp2KtL Warrants and Budget 1J�date: <br /> Ms. Conn reviewed the April <br /> 2022 warrants. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve, Ms. LeClair seconded. Motion <br /> Carried. 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. The DHCD Agreed Upon Procedures reports were tabled. <br /> 5. Executive Director's Report�i 1J�rdates: Ms. Conn reviewed vacancies and four unpaid <br /> rents, 2 were from Asher's Path, I from Homeyer, and 1 from Breezy Way. She further <br /> reported that there is one on-going eviction at Homeyer Village. Ms. Conn reported that <br /> there were no active signers for the Great Cove LLC accounts, and therefore new <br /> signature cards were completed and signed by the Chair, Treasurer, and Executive <br /> Director. Ms. LeClair moved to approve the signature cards for Citizen's Bank, <br /> seconded by Ms. Allen. Motion Carried 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br /> 6. Old Business:None. <br /> 0 ,",0"s <br /> Ck <br />
