<br /> funds for any necessary taking, repairs or construction associated with the way, and to
<br /> authorize the assessment of betterments to the owners of land abutting Regatta Drive
<br /> and Crestview Circle.

<br /> While each Article will be voted on individually, the FINANCE COMMITTEE
<br /> RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF ARTICLES 14, 1S, 16, 1 , 18, 1.9,22 and 23.

<br /> This Article seeks to amend the town by-Laws requiring. the Board of Selectmen to mail copies of
<br /> all Warrants filed to the homes of the Chairman of the FinCom, the Town Moderator and the
<br /> Deputy Town Moderator,to post copies of the Warrants on the town bulletin board, and to
<br /> provide copies of all pertinent Tarrant Articles to the Chairman of the Planning Board.
<br /> The Finance Committee feels that since copies of all Warrants are readily available through the
<br /> Town Manager's Office, requiring mailings, in particular, can become costly; particularly since a
<br /> portion of all Articles filed never get to the Town Meeting,
