Article 29 <br /> ....to amend the Mashpee Code Chapter 54, (Beaches), Article II, (Miscellaneous Provisions), Section 54-7 (Dogs) by changing <br /> it to read as follows: <br /> No person owning or having the care, custody or control of any dog shall allow said dog on any <br /> Town Beach from May 15 to September 15 without the written authorization of the Town Manager or official in control of said <br /> Beach. <br /> Or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by Petition <br /> The Board of Selectmen does not take a position on this article. <br /> The Finance Committee does not recommend approval by a vote of 6-0. <br /> Motion made by petitioner David Harsch. <br /> Motion: I move the Town vote to amend the Mashpee Code Chapter 54, (Beaches), Article II, (Miscellaneous Provisions), <br /> Section 54-7 (Dogs)to read as follows: <br /> No person owning or having the care, custody or control of any dog shall allow said dog on any Town Beach from May 15 to <br /> September 15 without the written authorization of the Town Manager or official in control of said Beach. <br /> Motion is defeated at 9:32 PM. <br /> Motion made to adjourn to meeting at 9:32 PM <br /> Motion to adjourn town meeting passes at 9:32 PM. <br /> Town meeting adjourned at 9:32 PM. <br /> 42 <br />
