16 Great Neck RoadNorth <br />wlashyee, Massachusetts 02649 <br />is a lot to be updated on. The website should be decided and ready to launch to support a hybrid model <br />of engagement. He wants to have a plan B and C in place if things go back to where they were early in <br />the Pandemic. The big agenda item will be having the consultants available next meeting. He would like <br />to present what was discussed with the Commission in more detail along with the consultant. The CCC <br />was satisfied with the approach and he is confident in their ability. It's a slow start but there is going to <br />be more activity beginning soon. <br />BOARD MEMBER COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Cape Cod Commission — <br />Ms. Waygan wanted to reference the newspaper article <br />submitted from the Chair. <br />Mr. Lehrer is going to forward Public Hearing information <br />for the Cape Cod Commission for South Cape Village DRI. <br />Community Preservation Committee- <br />Meeting tomorrow 1/6/22. The CPC heard the applicants in <br />December and didn't vote on the 8 applications. She is <br />looking for comments particularly regarding the track. She <br />wants to know if people are supportive. <br />Mr. Balzarini is in support. <br />Mr. Phelan notes this meets requirements for CPC funds <br />and open space for the Town for recreation and public use. <br />Mr. Fulone is in support of the track. <br />Ms. Waygan asked the Housing Authority about the <br />window quality at Breezy Way, if they failed. The roof was <br />easy to see the wood rot, but she wants an expert to check <br />for leaking air or water in windows. That was the only <br />technical question she had. <br />Design Review- <br />Mr. Callahan is not here, Sherwin Williams paint store sign <br />was reviewed. The requested conditions were landscaping <br />around Ninigret Ave. <br />Plan Review- <br />Sherwin Williams paint store. Ensure all updated sheets <br />submitted are consistent with recommendations. <br />Environmental Oversight Committee- <br />No Meeting <br />Historic District Commission- <br />No Meeting <br />Military Civilian Advisory Council- <br />No Meeting <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini makes a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:09p.m. Seconded by Mr. Phelan.
