Mr. Pocknett has historical connection to the history of the Town of Mashpee and is a member of <br />the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe. After serving in the military, Mr. Pocknett was employed as a postal carrier. <br />Mr. Pocknett also worked at the National Cemetery in Bourne, MA. <br />Motion made by Selectman Weeden to appoint Leonard Pocknett to the Historical Commission for a term <br />to expire; June 30, 2024. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Sherman. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes Selectman Sherman, yes <br />Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes Opposed, none <br />Environmentalm,Oversig_ht Committee:.
