The hearing notice was read aloud <br /> in accordance with posting requirements. <br /> CIP Committee members,fancy Goular, Jerry rr na,Joyce Mason, and <br /> Wayne Taylor were in attendance. <br /> The budget of$538,373 conforms to the recommendation ofthe C ' <br /> Committee and Finance Committee. Capital improvement funds for the <br /> Fire Department that detail the following are filly funded through the <br /> Ambulance Receipts Account. The amount totals: $125,27 . <br /> Fire Department: Rescue Boat $251,000 <br /> WD Pickup Truck $52,278 <br /> Jaws of Life $489000 <br /> Additional recommendations for the Capital improvement Program <br /> include: <br /> Police: Lease of 7 Police vehicles yrs $619845 <br /> Repair Heating System $35!P00 <br /> Modernize Secure Evidence Storage $259000 <br /> School: Floor Covering Phase I & II $124,250 <br /> Network Infrastructure Project $ 755000 <br /> DPW; Year 2 Dump Truck Lease $5000 <br /> Replace 1995 F350 lump Truck $425000 <br /> Total: $538,,373 <br /> In addition to identified funding from the Ambulance Receipts Account, <br /> the FY06 CIP budget would be funded from free cash and overlay surplus. <br />
