That is 10.67% of total <br />registered voters. <br />TOWN PLANNER REPORT <br />Harbor Management Planning Committee Update <br />The Committee met last month, we are currently in development at the closure of year one. He <br />remembers the consultant saying 75% completion, still another year to go. At this point the <br />work is being done and the Committee is less involved. <br />Mr. Oakley stated there will be another public information session at Mashpee Village. There <br />was little turn out but some great information was received from folks that attended. He met <br />with the Tribe's elders using lunch and learn, he suggested another lunch and learn session for <br />the Tribe after the holidays. That will satisfy their requirements for public engagement. <br />Housing Production Plan Update <br />The HPP is in development. There are some outstanding stakeholder interviews. The <br />Affordable Housing Committee will meet this upcoming Tuesday. They are very near <br />completion of the final components. The Planning Board, Select Board, and Affordable <br />Housing Committee will be first to review. As soon as he has it he will get it to the Planning <br />Board. <br />BOARD MEMBER COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Cape Cod Commission — Working on their own housing plan. Ms. Waygan <br />found their design guidelines. She will provide them to <br />the Board. <br />Charter Review Committee- Meet December 17t". Lot of Public Comment at last <br />meeting. We want the preamble to be first for our <br />federally recognized Tribe. <br />Community Preservation Committee- Meeting next Thursday. Reviewing same applications. <br />Design Review- No Meeting <br />Plan Review- No Meeting <br />Environmental Oversight Committee- Canceled then convened, Mr. Lehrer was present. <br />There is a new member. Mr. Lehrer has the <br />Community Coordinator role. They are forming a land <br />12 <br />
