As it states <br />now the maximum square footage may not exceed 40% gross floor area, but those <br />calculations are a confusing mechanism to control size. <br />MOTION: <br />Ms. Waygan made a motion that the Planning Board vote to recommend passage <br />of this article by Town Meeting. There is a current rental <br />restriction of no less than 30 days.
