Willowbend proposes to <br />remove this condition or increase the maximum allowance. <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini made a motion to continue the Public Hearing on bedroom count to <br />October 18, 2023 at 7:20P.M. Seconded by Ms. Waygan. All in favor. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Dr. Steven Ross- He commented we are all looking for and wanting the same thing, a clean <br />and safe environment, one that is equitable where everything flourishes. He would like peace <br />and harmony. He advises folks to listen to each other and look at one another in the eye and <br />communicate with a common understanding to reach goals. The world is going to experience a <br />rapid significant change in technology, medicine, and finance. There are ways in which we can <br />revolutionize air and water purification. We need to think about change as a good thing and <br />educate ourselves and use this change for the betterment, both scientifically and <br />environmentally. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Discussion and possible vote relative to cancelling October 4, 2023 meeting. <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini made a motion to cancel the Planning Board meeting scheduled for <br />October 4, 2023. Seconded by Ms. Waygan. All in favor. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />N/A <br />BOARD ENGINEER REPORT <br />This report pertains to the portion of Blue Castle Drive and Great Neck Road South for <br />improved road. The condition of the permit is for maintenance to occur before the transfer to <br />the Ockway Association. There is a letter requesting the Board determine if the condition has <br />been satisfied. It is understood the condition has not been met as required. Mr. Pesce and Mr. <br />Morin have been in communication on compliance prior to the transfer. Mr. Lehrer does not <br />have an update from Mr. Pesce, but he stands by what he said, that particular condition has <br />not been satisfied. The Board's expectation will be to have the Board Engineer require the <br />condition of road meets the details of the subdivisions approval before transferring obligations <br />61 <br />
