All in favor. <br />Discussion relative to planning department application to the community preservation <br />committee for an open space acquisition... <br />Group of property owners route 130 and Mashpee wakeyby informally on market for a number <br />of yers, multiple owners, all cousins, highly motivated to sell 8 of 17 and are interested in a <br />potential acquission for entire 17.2. conjuction with conservation pcikerla cove road and <br />pickerel cove circle, isolated body of water, shoreline of Mashpee wakeby, preservation for <br />wildlife and access to water. The applicants are interested in making the town the buyer iof <br />CPC and property owners can negotiate a mutually advantageous agreement. Elenors Cove. <br />Mr. Lehere supports this. <br />Rob Hansen who is doing negotiations. <br />CPC would designate one person or two to start that. <br />Lehrer 8 of 17 are highly motivated, interested in participating in negotiations. <br />MOTION: <br />Approve this letter of req. to be signed by Karen Faulkner. Mr. Balzarni, Mr. Richardson. <br />All in favor. Mary abstain because she sits on CPC. <br />Request to reduce the performance guarantee held for the subdivision referred to as <br />Willow Circle by $141,998. <br />Mr. Lehrer has correspondence that the reduction in surety is fine, Ed is not here and has not <br />provided htat in writing, he is satisfied with work performed with scope and has accepted <br />requests to reduce held by subdivision. <br />Ms. Waygan asked how much are we holding. <br />Mr. Lehrer stated total value is $357,525. <br />
