16 Great Neck RoadNorth <br />wlashyee, -Massachusetts oz649 <br />Mr. Oakley working with Kristen set an information gathetring event with the tribe community <br />involved within the next 4-6 weeks. <br />Housing Produciton Plan <br />Second workshop to discuss goals on oct 26t" at 6.30 at Mashpee public library. Extended the <br />survey through Oct. 30t" flyers out at town meeting and email and receiving paper copies, <br />double what we had a couple weeks ago. Call to action of reviuew goals and objectives from <br />2015 HPP. He wants to ask the PB memebrs to do the same and provide any comments <br />relative to goals and objectives from 2015. Understand what strategies still make sense and <br />carry through or modify and anything added. <br />Ms. Waygan handed out goals policies and actions in the LCP for housing. <br />Mr. Lehrers intent is to bring the draft LCP for review. Draft hosuing chapters have been <br />provided. <br />Mr. Balzarini noted his struggle with the base, 600 acres from the base. <br />Mr. Lehrer a lot of people in Mashpee certain lack of definition and he deosnt think, he is <br />happy and the base has made this statement but lets keep focus on our other priroriteis. <br />Mr. Balzarini wants to put pressure on them. <br />Mr. Hansen stated it could be split up to bordering towns. A hundred acres per town. <br />Mr. Balzarini noted it wont have local preferences. <br />Ms. Waygan stated there is a protest of the Barnstable airport and make it limited of the base. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Lynne Barbee- Redbrook where she lives her HOA is the Mashpee side. Its been <br />disconcerting as a HOA own half of a cranberry bog the other half is in Falmouth. Its hard to <br />get them to do something, she heard there was an intention to go to the state and other places <br />to get funding. There has been a lot of conversation on social media, why are there three stop <br />signs on jobs fishing road. Did the town do that? A lot of people are not stopping. <br />Mr. Lhere it was Mashpee commons, outstamding questions to reps from Mashpee commons. <br />Jobs Fishing is privately owned, unclear the realignment contemplated stop signs. They are <br />waiting some answers. The twon was as surprised as residents. There are no stop ligns. He <br />doesn't have a lot fo information at this time. <br />
