Gray roof, it <br />looks good. <br />No Meeting <br />Held an emergency meeting right before public <br />comment deadline for HPP and submitted <br />comments about Flow Neutral Bylaw and <br />concerns. <br />Meeting April 9th, which is after the opening of <br />the public hearing, Mr. Lehrer will not be <br />present. <br />Mr. Lehrer noted something to consider with single family dwellings and the flow conversion <br />with FNB. What if a 5-bedroom single family dwelling wanted to convert to 5 one -bedroom <br />apartments, 1:1. The flow rates differ with single and multifamily, if you don't have 50,000 sq. <br />ft. lot, you can't have 5 bedrooms as multifamily without relief. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini made a motion to adjourn the meeting of the Planning Board at 9:10PM. <br />Seconded by Ms. Waygan.
