10 <br />Select Board <br />Minutes <br />March 11, 2024 <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Discussion Action and Ap royal of Draft #2 of the May 6._2024, Special°&.Annual„Town Meetingµ,Warrant <br />Articles: <br />The Select Board acted on the following articles reflected in Draft # 2 of the May Special and Annual Town <br />Meeting warrants. Please note; the articles as numbered are subject to change. <br />SLiecial Town mMeetin2wWarrant: <br />Article #1: Snow & Ice — HELD for monetary amount <br />Article #6: To appropriate $1,600,000 from the Wastewater Infrastructure Investment Fund (WIIF) and the <br />sum of $500,000 from revenue available for appropriation to Temporary borrowing outside 2 %2 <br />for the purpose of paying Phase II Planning to avoid interest to be paid. <br />Motion made by Selectman Sherman to approve and recommend the Special Town Meeting Article for <br />the WIIF; $1,600,000 and authorization for the use of funds from revenue available for appropriation; <br />$500,000 as presented. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Wyman -Colombo. <br />VOTE: 5-0.
