MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A MODIFICATION EXTENSION OF <br /> SP-2015-33; SP-2019-36; SP-2020-28; MOD-2023-08 <br /> Owner of Record: Triple M Management Company, LLC <br /> 29 Echo Road(Map 19, Parcel 3-9) and, <br /> Owner of Record: Triple M Management Company, LLC <br /> 41 Echo Road (Map 19, Parcel 3-8) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> MOD-2023-69 <br /> The Board had a conversation and four of the Board members agree that the Building <br /> Commissioner and the Fire Chief should oversee the project status and timeline schedule. Mr. <br /> Bonvic disagreed because he believes there are other issues that need to be completed. <br /> A motion was made relative to 21 Echo Road and 41 Echo Road, Petitioner, 3M Ventures, Inc., <br /> d/b/a Triple M Management Company, LLC requests a modification under §174-24 (C) (9) (c)(e) <br /> of the Zoning Bylaws, and condition #5 of the Special Permit Decisions: SP-2015-33; SP-2019- <br /> 36; SP-2020-28; MOD-2023-08 to extend the date for completion of construction from its <br /> previously extended date of December 31, 2023 to May 31, 2024 on property located in the I-1 <br /> and Light Industrial Overlay Zoning Districts, Map 19 Parcels 3-8 and 3-9,Mashpee,MA with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> Conditioned that the Building Commissioner and the Fire Chief report the status of the project to <br /> the Zoning Board of Appeals on or before Wednesday, April 24, 2024, for the Board to make a <br /> determination to whether or not the pen-nit will continue. <br />
