16 Great Neck RoadNorth <br />-lashpee, -Massachusetts 02649 <br />Ms. Waygan stated the scope of work shall be approved by the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal <br />Historic Preservation Officer prior to any commencement of bog work described in E above, <br />applicant shall retain this work prior to any issuance of a building permit. <br />Ms. Waygan noted they can't touch the bogs until conservation assesses the site. At minimum, <br />the scope should include a response from David Weeden, additionally scope of work for PAL. <br />Mr. Pesce stated PAL will do their work before anything. They take samplings of the land. A <br />representative sampling is taken and if they think there is something there, then add language <br />about the Tribal Historic Preservation Officer commentary. <br />Ms. Waygan referenced the Tribe being Federally recognized and the federal government <br />gives them the authority. <br />Ms. Waygan asked if the Board wanted to say anything about construction times. No Sunday <br />work, and start by 7:OOa.m. during the week and leave by 5:OOp.m., Saturday 8:OOa.m. to <br />3:OOp.m., unless special permission is obtained. The Building Commissioner will be the one to <br />get called. <br />Ms. Faulkner stated I-K is fine. She stated under L, this decision must be recorded within 60 <br />days of the Board's endorsement. <br />Ms. Waygan will type up her Memo and give it to the Chair. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Continue review of draft implementation table of the Local Comprehensive Plan Update <br />Mr. Lehrer merged the chapters. <br />BOARD ENGINEER REPORT <br />Nothing currently. <br />TOWN PLANNER REPORT <br />Housing Production Plan Update <br />Plan for review by mid -May, it may be available sooner. The May 1st meeting is packed, Mr. <br />Lehrer will plan for the second meeting of May. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini made a motion to adjourn the meeting of the Planning Board at <br />10:46p.m. Seconded by Mr. Richardson.
