The deadline is April 21, 2024n WATER QUALITY UPDATES The Falmouth Select Board is expected to vote on the Waquoit Bay Intermunicipal Agreement this evening. WATE.11 QUALITY IJPDATES Phase 11 — Wastewaterj!pqjqp1: Town Manager Rodney C. Collins read aloud his memorandum to the Select Board dated April 1, 2024 regarding the Phase U - - Wastewater Project. The letter is intended to clarify the scope of the project and its costs to provide the voters with an informed path towards the May 6, 2024 Town Meeting. Article 6 of the Special Town Meeting, will rescind the previously authorized lborrowing at the October 16, 2023 'l"(.)wn Meeting in the amount of $4.5 million. Article 4 of the Annual Town Meeting will authorize the Town to fund. $96.1 million to complete Phase 11 of the W-,Lstewater Project. The scope of the plan and specific roads involved can be fund on the'rown's website, by clicking the Clean Water tab. realizing the rnagriitude of this project Town Manager C'ollins indicated that it is important to provide a good faith estimate based on realistic and reasonable projections. After consultation with. the Finance Tearn, the Wastewater Management Superintendent, engineers and others, the following information. was provided;
