Coombs School heat <br />pump. <br />Town Counsel Search: It was recommended the Select Board hold a special meeting on June 17, 2024 for <br />the purpose of reviewing the (2) submittals for legal counsel for possible appointment. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Discussion of the Following; <br />Strate Regarding Negotiatians,withwNon.Union Personnel Personnel Administration Plan "PAP" �p,_ G.L. <br />c. 30A, §21(a)(2}): <br />Disposition, and Value of Real..Pro.�e j 35 Lake Avenue 4w0w9 µMain_St sand 415„Mani St„ °Mash ewe, GwLw. <br />c. 30A, §21(a)(6}}: <br />Motion made by Selectman Sherman to move that the Board convene in executive session at 7:17 <br />p.m. pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, §21(a)(2) and (a)(6) to discuss strategy regarding negotiations with <br />non -union personnel (Personnel Administration Plan "PAP") and to consider the disposition and <br />value of the real property located at 35 Lake Avenue, 409 Main St., and 415 Main St., Mashpee to the <br />Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe, with the Chair having declared that an open meeting regarding this <br />topic may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the Town. <br />The Select Board will reconvene in Open Session. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br />VOTE 4-0.
