12 <br />Select Board <br />Minutes <br />May 20, 2024 <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Discussion and Aal roval of the Following; <br />Tempor,,jr , Sian PermitFalmouth Rod and Gun „Club Yard Sale: <br />A Temporary Sign Permit was before the Board from the Falmouth Rod & Gun Club for the Annual Yard Sale. <br />The Select Board was request to approve a total of (10) 1 Sx24" ground signs from May 21, 2024 through June 3, 2024 to <br />announce this event. <br />Motion made by Selectman Sherman to approve the Temporary Sign Permit Application of the Falmouth Rod & Gun <br />Club for their Annual Yard Sale as presented. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes Selectman Sherman, yes <br />Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes Opposed, none <br />l _ Beer Co., LLC; Naukabout Garden at the Commons, 5/24-7/7/2024: Peter <br />One Da ,r Liquor LicensesNaukabout <br />Murner: <br />Peter Murner, Naukabout Beer Company was in attendance to request approval of (29) single One Day Liquor <br />License Permits for the pop-up beer garden located at the Mashpee Commons Village Commons from May 24, <br />2024 through July 7, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Mashpee Commons has granted permission for <br />Naukabout to use the 4 Job's Fishing Road location. <br />Mr. Murner indicated the event was successful last year. He has applied for a permanent license with ABCC that <br />is anticipated to be issued before the end of June. The site location is noted to be well secured and responsible. <br />After the special single day permits it is expected the beer garden would be operational for the summer season. <br />There was no public comment with respect to this application. <br />Motion made by Selectman Sherman to approve the One -Day Permit for the One Day Liquor License Application <br />from May 24, 2024 through July 7, 2024; as stated in the memorandum of May 16, 2024 from Stephanie Coleman, <br />Administrative Secretary. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes Selectman Sherman, yes <br />Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes Opposed, none <br />
