11 Select Board Minutes November 18, 2024 APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS Interview Discussion and Possible An ointment of the Following: All applicable paperwork has been filed by the respective candidates in accord with Policy No. 1; Appointment Policy for Boards, Commissions Committees and Councils. Conservation Commission: (Term Expires June 30, 2025)Peal Lar � qsson ww w Associate Member: The Select Board met with Neal Larsson to discuss his interest in serving as an Associate Member to the Conservation Commission. Mr. Larsson has sufficient experience to meet the objectives of the Commission and has expressed his willingness to take the required courses of study. Mr. Larsson has been a full-time resident of Mashpee since 1998. Motion made by Selectman Weeden to appoint Neal Larsson to the Conservation Committee as an Associate Member for a term to expire; June 30, 2025. Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. VOTE: 4-0. Unanimous. Roll Call Vote: Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes Opposed, none Conservation Commssion:,;TermExt�ires June 30, 2025 Seana Piq Associate Member. Seana Pitt was in attendance to review her application for the position of Associate Member to the Conservation Commission. Ms. Pitt has summered in Mashpee as a child with full-time residency in 2019. The professional background of Ms. Pitt makes her desirable for this position. Ms. Pitt indicated she has the time and willingness to learn and to take the required courses of study. Motion made by Selectman Cotton to appoint Seana Pitt to the Conservation Commission as an Associate Member for a term to expire; June 30, 2025. Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. VOTE: 4-0.
