16 Great Neck RoadNorth <br />-Mashpee, -Massachusetts 02649 <br />Ms. Waygan noted to label the photo that he would like Mr. Pesce to monitor. We will ask Mr. <br />Pesce to continue to monitor that area, that we are not satisfied enough to close it out until <br />there is more grass for the swales. <br />It was questioned whether those mounds are up to the Building Inspector. Ms. Waygan would <br />like to keep the $2,000.00 until the area around the drainage swale has more grass. <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Richardson made a motion to retain the $2,000.00 until the area around the <br />drainage has more grass. Seconded by Mr. Balzarini. All in favor. <br />The Building Inspector has been notified and he confirmed the attractive nuisance, we need to <br />change our wording for unbuilt lots and storage use. <br />CHAIRS REPORT <br />Ms. Waygan went to the public meeting with the Cape Cod Commission about community land <br />trusts and housing land banks. They hired a great consultant and some feedback provided was <br />how we want to use our existing structures for this work and preserve town character. These <br />entities should have architectural standards and site design standards and be town owned <br />property for affordable structures. <br />TOWN PLANNER REPORT <br />Inspection Fees <br />Mr. Fudala drafted two articles to straighten out the fees. There is a Public Hearing scheduled <br />for Special Permit Rules and Regulation and Subdivision changes on December 4, 2024. He <br />wrote `as required' for consultant fees. Language also has Town Planner listed as handling <br />money, so he added Planning Board Chair to that. <br />COMMITTEE MEMBER REPORTS <br />Cape Cod Commission - <br />Charter Review Committee - <br />Community Preservation <br />Committee - <br />Community Preservation <br />Committee - <br />No Meeting <br />Next meeting: December <br />There are 6 applications, let Ms. Waygan know <br />comments.
