The <br />Board was in an Executive Session prior to the start of this meeting. The Pledge of Allegiance <br />was recited. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES — August 7, 2024 <br />No comments were made regarding meeting minutes. <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini made a motion to approve the meeting minutes of August 07, 2024 <br />as written. Seconded by Mr. Oakley. All in favor. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Raze and Replace Bylaw Amendment <br />Neighborhood Tours <br />Ms. Waygan has not scheduled any tours or heard back from anyone who feels <br />impacted by Raze and Replace.
