Entertainment L . inga d Perinitt <br />The Select Board reviewed Policy No. 83 Entertainment Licensing and Permitting as reviewed by staff and <br />revised on the advice of Town Counsel. This is a policy to ensure a seamless and consistent approach to <br />regulating both alcohol and entertainment activities within the Town of Mashpee. <br />Motion made by Selectman O'Hara to approve Select Board Policy No. 83 as presented. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Weeden. <br />VOTE: 5-0. Advance copies were requested. <br />Mash Vg__Freshwater A 9.Ey Committee; Discussions have been ongoing to recreate/rename the <br />Mashpee-Wakeby Lake Management Committee to encompass all fresh water bodies in the Town of <br />Mashpee. The Environmental Oversight Committee is noted to be supportive of this endeavor. <br />
