Chairman, Ron Bonvie, Board Members, Sharon <br /> Sangeleer, William Blaisdell, Jonathan Furbush, Scott Goldstein, and Associate <br /> Members, George Ganzenmuller, Charlie Reidy, Mike Milbury, and Marius <br /> Dehelean. Also present was David Morris, Building Commissioner. <br /> Chairman Bonvie opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the <br /> hearings were being televised live on local Mashpee TV. He will take comments <br /> after each hearing. <br /> CONTINUED HEARINGS <br /> 2 Ned Besse Road: Owner, Peter W. Salenius, Trustee of the Salenius Realty <br /> Trust requests a Special Permit under §174-17.1 and §174-33 of the Zoning <br /> Bylaws to raze a pre-existing, nonconforming single-family dwelling and replace <br /> it with a new single-family dwelling on property located in an R5 Zoning District, <br /> Map 21, Parcel 2, Mashpee, MA (Requesting a continuance until January 8, <br /> 2025 hearings.) <br /> Mr. Reidy read a letter into the record dated October 31, 2024 from Attorney <br /> Kirrane requesting a continuance until January S, 2025. Attorney Kirrane stated <br /> that he is waiting for revised plans from the engineer, as well as to address the <br /> other questions and comments that were raised at the last meeting. <br /> Chairman Bonvie asked Attorney Kirrane if he received a letter from the Fire <br /> Chief. Mr. Kirrane said he had a conversation with the Fire Chief. Chairman <br /> Bonvie has concerns regarding the Fire Chiefs comments. <br /> Chairman Bonvie asked for a motion to accept the continuance. Ms. Sangeleer, <br /> so moved and second.
