a� q Town of Mashpee ii. sera 16 Great Neck Road North r r Mashpee, MA 02649 w ��AUYdMUW e ayw MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING MINUTES November 13, 2024 The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North. Chairman, Ron Bonvie, Board Members, Sharon Sangeleer, William Blaisdell, Jonathan Furbush, Scott Goldstein, and Associate Members, George Ganzenmuller, Charlie Reidy, Mike Milbury, and Marius Dehelean. Also present was David Morris, Building Commissioner. Chairman Bonvie opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were being televised live on local Mashpee TV. He will take comments after each hearing. CONTINUED HEARINGS 2 Ned Besse Road: Owner, Peter W. Salenius, Trustee of the Salenius Realty Trust requests a Special Permit under §174-17.1 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze a pre-existing, nonconforming single-family dwelling and replace it with a new single-family dwelling on property located in an R5 Zoning District, Map 21, Parcel 2, Mashpee, MA (Requesting a continuance until January 8, 2025 hearings.) Mr. Reidy read a letter into the record dated October 31, 2024 from Attorney Kirrane requesting a continuance until January S, 2025. Attorney Kirrane stated that he is waiting for revised plans from the engineer, as well as to address the other questions and comments that were raised at the last meeting. Chairman Bonvie asked Attorney Kirrane if he received a letter from the Fire Chief. Mr. Kirrane said he had a conversation with the Fire Chief. Chairman Bonvie has concerns regarding the Fire Chiefs comments. Chairman Bonvie asked for a motion to accept the continuance. Ms. Sangeleer, so moved and second. All were in favor. I
