Ann reported hat the activityfor <br /> the day was professional scanning of personal photos of tribal members and their <br /> families. It was well attended, discussed sin for photos frome community <br /> that they would like to have scanned since v very photos donated lately. <br /> Ava informeds that we had a large oto of the Attaquin Hotel framed, n it was <br /> given to the currentst st r. The Attaquin Hotel was shp e's first Post Office, <br /> Richard tia to approve additional fundingfort e Veterans War Memorial, <br /> Phase , it was seconded y Ava, and it was unanimously approved. <br /> Ava informed s that the invitations to the 2023 Historical Preservation Award reception <br /> have been sent out to all Mashpee town employees and other guests that Deb Kaye <br /> would like to invite, Richard will look into puffing information into the Mashpee <br /> Enterprise. v nn have been workingon the details for the celebration. Av ill <br /> talk out the importance of 's work in the preservationof town records t the <br /> ceremony on November 1 t". The Town Clerks now keep certain records that can no <br /> longer be printedin the annual Town Reportfor privacy reasons. <br /> Richard vdiscussed the demolition delay bylaw information that Richard asked <br /> s to review, o like to present it as a WarrantArticle t the Townt in the <br /> spring. e suggested t we set the date at December 31, 1960. All homes built after <br /> that date wouldnot be under this restriction, but those built :fore this date wouldhave <br /> to applyfor consideration from the HistoricalCommission fore proceding with <br /> demolition, with the goal of res in s 's history. Richardmotion that <br /> adoptwe the proposeddemolition delay bylaw at the next Town Meeting in May. We <br /> ill need to further discuss and rewrite he bylaw.
