Select Board Minutes January 27, 2025 APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS Cultural Council s-_Winnie Johnson-Graham Member At Lar e,, Term Ends September 3Q,2027. The Select Board was in receipt of communication dated January 22, 2025 regarding the inability of Ms. Johnson-Graham to attend the Cultural Council meetings. Motion made by Selectman Cotton to accept the resignation of Winnie Johnson-Graham from the Cultural Council sending a letter of regret. Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. VOTE: 5-0. Unanimous. The Select Board met with Dianne Brace to review her interest in serving the Mashpee Cultural Council. Ms. Brace has the experience including grant management skill the in multiple arts and news organizations to fulfill the requirements for this position. Motion made by Selectman Weeden to appoint Dianne Brace to the Cultural Council as a Member At-Large. Motion seconded by Selectman Wyman-Colombo. VOTE: 5-0.Unanimous. Kaye, Town Clerk dated January 16, 2025 recommending the appointment of Todd Cipriani as Election Warden. Mr. Cipriani was in attendance to discuss his willingness to volunteer as an Election Warden. Motion made by Selectman Cotton to appoint Todd Cipriani as Election Warden. Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. VOTE: 5-0. Unanimous.
