Testing conducted on <br /> Tuesday, August 29 , 1989 by the Board of Health indicated <br /> that the lead readings were not acceptable. <br /> To insure the health of all students and staff, no <br /> school water will be ingested for the next few days. <br /> This action is necessary while we await the results of <br /> the next round of tests taken on September 6, 1989. <br /> We are providing ample bottled water to all students <br /> and staff for drinking and cooking purposes while we <br /> resolve this issue. <br /> This action, although inconvenient, is taken to insu' re <br /> the health and well-being of children. <br /> "Homo to tus in se sem en divitias h bet.
