MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A WRITTEN FINDING <br /> Edward Cohen and Reesa Cohen, Trustees <br /> 142 Fells Pond Road(Map 122 Parcel 198) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> FINDING-2016-39 <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met all conditions of <br /> a Written Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. Upon motion duly made and <br /> seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, September 14, 2016,the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Written Finding with the following conditions; all <br /> comments read into the record that were submitted by the Board of Health, Conservation <br /> and Inspection Departments. <br /> Also conditioned upon a revised site plan with revision dates depicting the new blue <br /> stone patio language to be removed and replaced with whatever decking will be installed. <br /> The"new entry with"depicting the 3.5'x 6' covered entry removed. One revision date with <br /> two revisions stated. Conditioned upon a letter/email from the Board of Health that the <br /> septic tank must remain accessible and there will never be any heat, and in perpetuity as <br /> noted by this Zoning Board and/or Building Inspector. <br /> Site Plan.
