MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS DECISION FOR A WRITTEN FINDING Edward Cohen and Reesa Cohen, Trustees 142 Fells Pond Road(Map 122 Parcel 198) Mashpee, MA 02649 FINDING-2016-39 In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met all conditions of a Written Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, September 14, 2016,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Written Finding with the following conditions; all comments read into the record that were submitted by the Board of Health, Conservation and Inspection Departments. Also conditioned upon a revised site plan with revision dates depicting the new blue stone patio language to be removed and replaced with whatever decking will be installed. The"new entry with"depicting the 3.5'x 6' covered entry removed. One revision date with two revisions stated. Conditioned upon a letter/email from the Board of Health that the septic tank must remain accessible and there will never be any heat, and in perpetuity as noted by this Zoning Board and/or Building Inspector.
