The proposed structure is designed to provide access to Great River Core for property at 51 S. Waterline Drive (Map 120, Block 1 and 47 S. Waterline Drive (Map 120, Block 1 + Mashpee, Massachusetts. Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. notice was given by publication in The Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on December 22 and December 29, 1989, a cop} of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, A Public Dearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, January 10, 1990 at 7: 0 p.m. at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Cheryl A. Hawver, Michael A. Makunas and William J. Hanrahan. Pant Lclito represented the Applicant. He presented plans for timber walkway designed to provide access to the water for two adjoining lots. The walkway would extend over 70 feet of s ltmar h. The walkway would be used for access to dinghys and no float i 4 proposed. Comments were received from the Shellfish Constable stating that the project would not cause degradation to the coastal environment and suggesting that structure be used for dinhs only and have legal documentation that the structure serve both lots,
