School Committee Regular fleeting <br />May 9, 201 <br />Minutes <br />In attendance ere. Kathy Stanley, Jose Franco, Janice Mills, Scott McGee and David <br />Bloomfield. Also present was Ann Bradshaw, Superintendent of Schools. <br />I. Call Meeting to Order <br />Ms. Stanley called the regular meeting of May 91h to order at : opm. <br />II, fledge of Allegiance <br />III. Discussion of Safety Procedures <br />A Emeryency I es one Protocol <br />Chief Collins, Mashpee Police Department gave a report and update <br />on the importance of the schools following the Emergency response Protocol and <br />implementing the safety measures recommended by the Mashpee Police <br />specifically as they relate to weapons. <br />Iv. Student Advisory Council <br />Maddie Shinn, Student Advisor gave an update on the recent events at Mashpee <br />High School. <br />v. Baseball Team Trip to Florida. <br />Mrs. Mills made a motion, seconded by Mr. Franco to agree to allow the Baseball <br />Team to plan a grip to Florida for the spring of 2013. <br />Doll Call vote: In favor — Ms. Stanley, Mr. Franco, Mrs. Mills, Mr. McGee and Mr. <br />Bloomfield; opposed — none. <br />VI. Report from the Principals <br />Each principal gave an update on their school's recent events. <br />VII. Tribal Education Department <br />No report given. <br />VIII.
