Chairman Waygan will draft a letter to be sent to the Town Manager, Police Department and the
DPW to bring the matter to their attention for public safety purposes. Mr. Fudala reported that
Mr. Haney stated that the neighbors complain about everything. The Chair stated that residents
needed to contact town departments that could address the issue and added that the DPW needed
to be informed if a town road may be damaged. Mr. Rowley stated that the Planning Board was
limited in what they could do, but that in terms of public safety, Police, Fire and EMS would be a
concern that would need to be addressed. Board members were in agreement that a letter be sent
on Planning Board letterhead. The Chair stated that the neighbors are engaged and she expressed
the need to properly document the issue and provide information directly to the appropriate
departments.

Mr. Balzarini visited the site during and after a rain event and found that there were no puddles.
Mr. Rowley stated that drainage issues would be addressed with the final construction of the
road. Mr. Fudala pointed out that neighbors typically would grade Blue Castle prior to the
winter, but did not because of the increased truck traffic. It was noted that at the last meeting,
Mr. Haney agreed to grade the road.

Road construction plan for release of Covenant on 35 Fox Hill Road
Mr. Fudala stated that a proposal had been received for construction and drainage but that the
plans needed to be further clarified to be reviewed by Mr. Rowley. Mr. Fudala confirmed that
the project proponent will return to the November 2 meeting. Mr. Rowley referenced the letter
he submitted about the plans and also forwarded to the project proponent by email.

BOARD ITEMS
New Business

Old Business
Report on Status of Greenway Project-No update
Design Review Committee-No update
Community Preservation Committee-No update
Environmental Oversight Committee- No update
Historic District Commission-No update
MMR Military Civilian Community Council-Update of MMR Joint Land Use
Study-No update
Cape Cod Commission-No update
Town Meeting Update-The Chair thanked Mr. Cummings for attending the meeting in
her absence.
