Mizzi and Christine Mizzi <br /> 54 Kim Path, Map 117 Parcel 96 <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> SP-2024-42 <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT CONDITIONS <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on Wednesday, September 11,2024, <br /> the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to issue a Special Permit to Owners John J. and <br /> Christine S. Mizzi under §174-17.1 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace a pre- <br /> existing, nonconforming single-family structure on property located in the R-3 and Popponesset <br /> Overlay District(s), Map 117, Parcel 96, Mashpee, MA with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Plot Plan—Proposed House, 54 Kim Path, Mashpee, MA.
