It was created in 1973 by a plan recorded in <br /> the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, Plan Book 272, Page 49. <br /> 1 don't know that it would still be necessary to escalate the 174-40 interpretation question to Town Counsel. The <br /> applicant is not challenging that the 200 feet applies to roads across the street.
