Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Gr-eat Xeck Aoad Aorth <br /> A Tashpee,llF'Iassacliusetts 02649 <br /> Mashpee Planning Board <br /> Public Hearing Notice <br /> Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 41 Section 81T and the Mashpee Rules and <br /> Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land,the Mashpee Planning Board will hold a public <br /> hearing on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 7:10 p.m. in the Event Room, at the Mashpee <br /> Public Library, at 64 Steeple Street, Mashpee, MA 02649, to consider an application made by <br /> Pleasantwood Homes, LLC for approval of a modification to Spring Hill West Definitive <br /> Subdivision Plan of land that would modify the lot lines of Lots 40, 41 and 42 to give adequate <br /> frontage for three new building lots proposed for incorporation into the subdivision. The three <br /> proposed lots to be created and incorporated into the cluster subdivision are on a parcel of <br /> land totaling 6.024 acres and is addressed as 20 Tudor Terrace (Assessor's Map 29 Block 198). <br /> This proposal will continue the cluster configuration of the existing subdivision and will add <br /> 2.49 acres of open space consistent with the requirements of the Mashpee Zoning Bylaw at the <br /> time of cluster subdivision's approval in 1989. <br /> Plans may be reviewed in the offices of the Town Clerk or Town Planner at Mashpee Town Hall. <br /> Submitted by <br /> Mary E.
