Attached are the two plans with the changes. <br /> Definitive plan - added the 3 nitrogen loading SF numbers. Lot 41A, Lot 42A, and the parcel itself, all <br /> with the original deed reference. No change to the nitrogen loading document. <br /> Topographic plan - added the Cross section showing the driveways pitching away from Tudor (and the <br /> note requiring drainage if it cannot be pitched away), added a roof drain detail and requirement note. <br /> One additional condition for the permit - Applicant to Conduct a stormwater Inspection f the existing <br /> system in Tudor Terrace cul-de-sac, pump-out all Catch Basins, and provide a letter stating that this <br />
