She is fine with <br /> this number. She is looking for a motion to set the surety amount at $357,525. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Richardson made a motion to set the surety amount for lots 1-6 at $357,525. <br /> Seconded by Mr. Balzarini.All in favor. <br /> Mr. Lehrer asked if they want to vote to release the covenant to be able to deliver the <br /> document when they submit the check. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Richardson made a motion to release the covenant upon receipt of the check. <br /> Seconded by Mr. Balzarini.All in favor. <br /> Request for release of covenant for lot #86 in the subdivision referred to as Winslow <br /> Farms <br /> This is an unreleased covenant that has been lived in for a number of years. In the 80's it was <br /> general practice to accept letters of credit from banks for security. Then, in the late 80's the <br /> bank failed and the developer went under. The lot releases had been issued over a number of <br /> years ago. This house was voted on in 1989 to be released but it never made it to the registry. <br /> The current property owner just sold, they did close, but funds are being held in escrow. It has <br /> been inspected and approved and at this time he recommends a release. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Balzarini made a motion to release the covenantfor lot 86 at Winslow Farms <br /> subdivision. Seconded by Mr. Richardson. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Balzarini: Yes, Mr. Richardson: Yes, Ms. Faulkner: Yes, Ms. Waygan: Abstain <br /> Review and vote to approve Ed Pesce invoices Q1 and Q2 for FY2023 <br /> There are 3 invoices from Mr. Pesce. The first one is for Willow Circle in the amount of. $5, <br /> 230.92. This includes travel time, review and response for emails and phone calls, project <br /> scheduling, and inspections. Funds are being held in escrow from the project proponent to pay <br /> these bills. <br /> MOTION: <br /> Mr. Richardson made a motion to pay Ed Pesce in the amount of $5,230.92 for Willow <br /> Circle, invoice #: 2022-2060. Seconded by Mr. Balzarini.All in favor. <br /> 2 <br />
