Clarify the vision of its waterways and waterfront for the future generations: <br /> -identify user conflicts and remedies <br /> -Ensure the longevity of public access points <br /> -Establish new public access points—Historic Ways to Water <br /> -Mashpee's cultural significance—Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe (the people of the First <br /> Light). <br /> - Tribal Rights-access to historic fishing grounds <br /> -High value residential areas and aquaculture <br /> 3.) Identify goals, objectives,and recommendations to achieve that vision <br /> 4.) Consider the town's interest in coastal economic development and natural resource <br /> management. <br /> 5.) Development of Barrier Beach Nourishment Plan <br /> 6.) Development of a Master Dredge Plan <br /> 7.) Reconfiguration of Mooring Areas and Dockage Regulations <br /> 8. ACEC re-evaluation and incorporation into Mooring Regulations —Gear Restrictions etc. <br /> 9.)Flood Zone Infrastructure Needs <br /> 10.)
