Also, if you exceed 600 <br />gallons re septic per day then employees could be restricted. <br /> Mr. Mele said he would probably do a steel-framed building and all garage doors would be at <br />back of the building. <br /> Walter Yarosh suggested Mr. Mele look at buildings in the area of this site. Walter also <br />suggested Mr. Mele look at site plans in Building Department for this site; setback <br />requirements; buffers; grades; retainer walls, etc. to make it a buildable lot. <br /> Tom Fudala advised it is 150 foot building setback and then you have to have parking set back <br />100 feet. <br /> <br />Walter commented that the Committee appreciated Mr. Mele coming in and asking questions at the <br />beginning. <br /> <br />Mr. Mele thanked the Committee for allowing him to come to this meeting today. Realtor Bob Armour <br />said this is a great set-up Mashpee has here.
