Denise Ann Leigh <br />30 Flying Cloud Circle <br />Request for a livery license (1 car) <br />Denise Leigh appeared. She is looking to do livery business; is looking for one vehicle but on license <br />application requested more than one car, but that is not allowed. <br /> <br /> Denise Leigh said she is going to be in-town taxi and do airport runs. <br /> She is moving to Mellissa Avenue in April. <br /> She said if business good she would go commercial, which would be 5 cars. <br /> <br />Charlie Maintanis advised that this is not a concern of this Board. He suggested: <br /> First she should go to Homeowners Association for approval and if approved then go to Board <br />of Selectmen. <br /> Take out 5 cars on license application, leave as 1 car. <br /> Submit a new application. <br /> <br />Eric Eskander <br />Deer Crossing – Building B, Unit B13 <br />Anytime Fitness <br />nd <br />Providing additional information from October 2 meeting. <br /> <br />Eric Eskander addressed the meeting saying he wanted to be sure he could get 24-hour approval. <br />Tom Fudala said there is no Town by-law that says you can’t be open 24 hours. Glen Harrington <br />advised Board of Health got the engineer’s letter and that was all right. Joel Clifford had one <br />question: On Plan are you leaving double doors? Eric Eskander responded “yes”. He said he is <br />replacing HVAC; making bathroom ADA; and building couple of offices. <br /> <br />Comments: <br /> <br /> Building and Fire Department will review preliminary plans. <br /> Need architect’s narrative—need information as to use. <br /> Need full set of stamped plans when actually applying for permit. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Design Review: Jonathan Furbush motioned to approve minutes of the Design Review and Plan <br />Review combined meeting of November 20, 2012; Walter Yarosh seconded the motion; and it was <br />approved by Design Review with Mary LeBlanc abstaining. <br /> <br />Plan Review: Tom Fudala motioned to accept the minutes of the Design Review Plan Review <br />combined meeting of November 20, 2012 as amended; Scott Carline seconded the motion; and it <br />was approved by Plan Review members present with Glen Harrington abstaining. <br /> <br />Adjournment…This joint meeting of Design Review and Plan Review adjourned at 10:35 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Jean Giliberti, Recording Secretary <br /> 4 <br />
