Mr. Fudala referenced the photo of
Mashpee Commons featuring a lot of green area. Mr. Fudala noted that the 40B had been permitted
but that East Steeple Street, Market Street and the Trout Pond area were still available. Mr.
Kooharian and Mr. Balzarini emphasized the importance of gathering the ideas now while the space
was available. Mr. Leonard inquired about a new extension for the 40B projects and Ms. Waygan
responded that the State extended all permits by one year due to the economy. Mashpee Commons
then received an additional extension from the Planning Board, extending their permit to 2014.

FUNDING, OWNERSHIP & MAINTENANCE

ADJOURNMENT
The Subcommittee will meet again at 7:15 on February 1.
