" "The existing well must <br /> be relocated in order to maintain 1001 . " "In researching the <br /> file a recent water test was found which indicated a new well <br /> was installed prior to the proposed upgrade. " "I contacted <br /> the engineering firm and learned the old well had failed and <br /> needed to be repaired. " "The next day Mr. Brian Ayotte, in- <br /> staller, came in to obtain a septic repair permit and was in- <br /> formed plans. had not been received by this office." "Subse- <br /> quently, I drove out to the lot to try and locate the new <br /> well as • a water test would be required prior to issuing a <br /> septic permit. " "I inspected the site and found the septic <br /> tank had been installed. " "A "Stop Work Order" was posted at <br /> the site. " <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to suspend Mr. Brian Ayotte's sep- <br /> tic installer's license for 30 days, effective February 26, <br /> 1993 , Mr. Greelish seconded. <br /> Mr. Greelish commented, "The engineer did not delineate <br /> the distances from abutting wells to the proposed on-site <br /> leaching facility. " <br /> Mr. Greelish motioned to grant local variances from <br /> abutting wells to the on-site leaching facility with the <br /> stipulation a well permit is obtained, a water analysis is <br /> performed on the new well and meets all State recommended <br /> levels for contaminants and revised plans are submitted de- <br /> lineating exact distances from all abutting wells within 150' <br /> of the proposed on-site leaching facility, Mr. Doherty sec- <br /> onded. <br /> Wam ano Chro is Disease Prevention Pro ram <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "The Prevention Program is proposing <br /> a Risk Assessment program. " "They are requesting the Board of <br /> Health assist with the water sampling analysis on homes oc- <br /> cupied by Indians. " "The program would involve 238 par- <br /> ticipants. " "Stetson Hall indicated the County may be able <br /> to analyze the water samples.
