Hal ern <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "Six incident reports have been re- <br /> ceived on Mr. Halpern's use of the landfill. " <br /> Mr. Ball directed Mr. McQuaid to forward a letter to Mr. <br /> Halpern explaining the rules and regulations governing <br /> residential use of the landfill and what consequences will <br /> result from misuse of his sticker. <br /> I <br /> APPOINTMENT: - Tony Morgado - AA Towing (Transfer Station <br /> j Violation) <br /> There were no representatives in attendance from AA Tow- <br /> ing. <br /> APPOINTMENT: James Sivco - Transfer Station Violation <br /> Mr. James Sivco and Mr. Tony Morgado, (employee of <br /> DiMaggio companies) , was in attendance for this scheduled ap- <br /> pointment. <br /> Mr. McQuaid read to Board members the list of Transfer <br /> Station violations cited by Mr. Morgado against Mr. Sivco. <br /> I <br /> Discussion took place regarding Transfer Station rules <br /> and regulations.
