" "Ms. Pond <br /> requested I consider waiting approximately 10 days, by then <br /> the job would be nearly completed. " "They indicated they <br /> would contact me at that time. " "I will then go down to the <br /> residence and cite the carpenter. " "They are aware of the <br /> fact that legally they are responsible for the trash. " <br /> Mr. Greelish informed Mr. McQuaid, "Now that there has <br /> been a public hearing you will be required to cite the , car- <br /> penter tomorrow morning. " <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The 10 day time frame will expire <br /> tomorrow. " <br /> Mr. Ball volunteered to contact the cranberry bog con- <br /> tractor and request he assist in removing the debris and dis- <br /> posing of it at the landfill. <br /> Board members -agreed. <br /> James Kinney <br /> Mr. Kinney was in attendance to request the Board sched- <br /> ule a public meeting to discuss issues pertaining to con- <br /> taminates emanating from the Massachusetts Military Reserva- <br /> tion. <br /> Board members agreed a public meeting would provide fac- <br /> tual information to the residents. <br /> Discussion took place regarding the issues that should <br /> be addressed at the upcoming meeting. <br /> Being no further business Mr. Ball motioned to adjourn this <br /> meeting at 8: 20 p.m. , Mr. Greelish seconded, all agreed. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Veronica Warden, Adm.
