w <br /> MINUTES August 18, 1994 4 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> ing facility, 32' local variance from abutting well #57 Hogan <br /> Drive to the proposed on--site leaching facility, a 49' local <br /> variance from abutting well #42 Hogan Drive to the proposed <br /> on--site leaching facility, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> Purchase of Hazardous ecruiRment <br /> Mr. Doherty recommended Board members agree to purchase <br /> hazardous waste equipment for the health agents. <br /> Board members agreed to purchase the hazardous waste <br /> equipment kits. <br /> Sale of -packaged food - Gas Stations . video stores , etc. <br /> Mr. Ball directed Mr. Evans to research the fees sur- <br /> rounding towns are requiring for the sale of packaged foods <br /> at gas stations, video stores, hardware stores, etc. . <br /> Account for "Unsecured Buildings <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "The article as Mr. Hauck proposed <br /> must be rewritten and approved by Town Counsel to include our <br /> access to the account. " <br /> Transfer Station accident <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "As a result of the accident at the <br /> landfill the town's insurance agent came down to visit the <br /> site and view the equipment. " "The agent requested a copy of <br /> the contractor's liability and workmen's compensation insur- <br /> ance policies. " <br /> Senior Citizen Clam Bake <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "The Council on Aging is requesting <br /> the Board waive the fee for the upcoming Clam Bake. " <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to waive the fee, Mr. Cram sec- <br /> onded, all agreed. <br /> Cancellation of Next Week's meeting <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed Board members he will be on vaca- <br /> tion next week and questioned whether they would like to can- <br /> cel the meeting. <br /> Board members agreed to cancel next week's meeting. <br /> AT THIS TIME MR. BALL MOTIONED TO ADJOURN THE REGULAR MEETING <br /> AND ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION, MR. CRAM SECONDED. <br />
