MINUTES September 15 , 1994 4 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> 5. ) Copy of letter from G. Anderson re: Water hooka pay- <br /> ment - Mr. Ball directed the agent to refer Mr. Anderson to <br /> the Board of Selectmen. <br /> 6. ) Plans for Exxon station renovation - Mr. McQuaid re- <br /> layed, "We have the preliminary plans." "Mr. Evans is work- <br /> ing with the developer. " "A full plan review is <br /> forthcoming. " <br /> 7. ) Preliminary subdivision ratan for L. Sullivan - Mr. <br /> McQuaid relayed, "This is an 18 lot subdivision with town wa- <br /> ter available. " "M.D.C. drains are proposed. " "Leaching fa- <br /> cilities are located in the front." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to continue this matter pending <br /> further information, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> 8. ) Emergency failure certification, 51 Edgewater Drive - <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the "Emergency <br /> Repair Certification" form. <br /> 9. ) Variance request, 100 Scituate Road - Mr. McQuaid re- <br /> layed, "The owner will be required to sign the water hookup <br /> affidavit and file it with the Registry of Deeds." <br /> Mr. Doherty expressed his concern with the location of <br /> the leaching facility and well as their is a possibility the <br /> proposed location of the leaching facility could contaminate <br /> an abutting well . <br /> Board members agreed to request the engineer revise <br /> plans to delineate the proposed leaching facility in the <br /> northeasterly corner of the lot and the proposed well in the <br /> southwesterly corner of the lot. <br /> *****OLD BUSINESS***** <br /> Discussion - Incidental_ permits <br /> Mr. McQuaid informed Board members, "The food items are <br /> prepackaged with no refrigeration required. " <br /> Mr. Doherty commented, "I would like to see the small <br /> incidental food vendors permitted." <br /> Mr. Evans presented a list of surrounding towns who have <br /> instituted an "Incidental Food Permit". <br />
