"We <br /> are requesting you provide a memo from the building inspector stating the garage is <br /> approved on piers and won't impede lateral flow" <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variance from the proposed slab to the proposed <br /> leaching facility with the stipulation the building inspector submit to the Health Agent in <br /> writing that the proposed piers for the garage will not impede lateral flow from the <br /> leaching facility to the slab foundation, architectural plans indicate there is not increase in <br /> the footprint of the house and a site plan is submitted which provides the following- A <br /> profile of the septic system based on the new configuration of the proposed house and the <br />
