"Can't an alternative septic system be used?" "Can't the Board give a <br /> variance to put the system on the property?" <br /> Mr. Doherty responded, "No." "We cannot approve the linear distance from the <br /> edge of the wetlands." "The Board may look favorably upon a sideline variance but not <br /> from the wetlands." "If your well was less then 100' away the Board would deny the <br /> variance request." "If there is a written document that he, in fact, does own to the center <br /> of the street, it is his property." <br /> Mr. Ball stated, "The Conservation Agent did verify the edge of the wetlands." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "The Board did place conditions with the variance relief." <br /> At this time 8:15 p.m. Mr. Ball motioned to adjourn the regular meeting and enter into <br /> Executive Session to discuss pending litigations, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> The regular meeting resumed at 8:22 p.m. <br /> Being no further business Mr. Cram motioned to adjourn this meeting at 8:22 p.m., Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Veronica Warden, Adm.
