"I <br /> contacted D.E.P. yesterday questioning the status however, I have not as of yet heard <br /> from them." "Obviously, we need to hear from D.E.P. as to whether they agree with the <br /> final report." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "The Board would also like to see the complex connected to <br /> town water." <br /> Mr. Allbright responded, "We did speak with Dave Rich and will be hooking up <br /> shortly." <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated, "We also want a plan review of the layout of the proposed <br /> convenience store." <br /> Mr. Allbright stated, "The proposed flow plan delineates two bathrooms." "The <br /> only change, then what was out there when it was Exxon, is coffee." "Everything will be <br /> packaged." "The operator may have the option of having a hot dog roller." <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to grant preliminary approval to the proposed Mobil <br /> Station located at the Mashpee Rotary with the stipulation the station hooks up to town <br /> water, D.E.P. determines that no ground or groundwater contamination has occurred from <br /> the fuel tanks, the agent approves plans for the convenience store, curb-side road drains <br /> are to be connected to M.D.C. type drains and it is to be noted a grease trap will not be <br /> required for the proposal, Mr. Cram seconded, all agreed. <br /> Being no further business Mr. Cram motioned to adjourn this meeting at 8.27 p.m., Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded, all agreed. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Veronica Mayer, Adm.
