Local variance request, 18 Forest Road - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This was before <br /> the Board some time ago where the engineer had the trench parallel to the building which <br /> reduced the distance to the wetlands." "The Board requested the engineer revise plans to <br /> maintain a greater distance from the wetlands." "Plans now delineate over 100' from the <br /> proposed leaching facility to the wetlands." <br /> Acknowledged. <br /> *****NEW BUSINESS***** <br /> Emergency Repair Certification - 368A_Monomoscoy Road <br /> Mr. Evans relayed, "Not only#368A but #370 and #372 are also tied into the same <br /> system." "The lots are no longer owned by the same person."
