"This is your tank." <br /> Ms. Amaral stated, "It isn't my tank." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "This is the tank." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "The tank on the property atthe house your living in." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "This is the tank." "We'll say it's 750 gallons we won't even <br /> say it's 1000." "This is your old cesspool or leaching facility which has holes in it and <br /> allows the liquid to go out." "Even if this pipe is blocked and someone fills this tank up <br /> with 750 gallons of liquid and let's say this pipe starts coming out, okay, I can accept <br /> that." "We pumped this tank, there's less than about 1/2" on the bottom after it's been <br /> pumped." "If it was pumped this morning how then did the liquid level rise, which is 750 <br /> gallons to the point where it would start flowing out again?" <br /> Ms. Amaral responded, "I am not an engineer, that's your department, all right." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "You don't need to be an engineer." <br /> Ms. Amaral stated, "I don't know." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "You don't need to be an engineer.'' <br /> Ms. Amaral stated, "I don't know how this is." <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "Common sense." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "It's very simple."
